Delivery
We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically arrives in 2–4 working days with tracking.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free delivery may apply to orders over a set amount.
Returns
Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
